The Shrinking Ice

Global warming has brought tremendous changing in our world including the shrinking of ice. It is no longer a secret that the earth is getting warmer due to global warming. Therefore, glaciers are melting nowadays. Glaciers now becomes the result of climate change itself.
So, what makes the world warmer?
Ok, so apparently there have been many studies about the shrinking of ice on earth. These studies have conducted research on 37 glaciers that spread around the globe. The researchers for this study state that there is a pissible calculation. The probability involves the notion that the changes on something is triggered by other thing. Amazingly, the result of the study shows that there is a high 90% possibility. The possibility happens due to the climate change and also global warming that make our environment even worse.
At first, researchers did not link glacier with global warming. But, recently the researchers started to link the two. The result about this rateing is taken from the Climate Change in Intergovernmental Panel. The scientists keep all the data related to global warming as well as climate change.
Why Glacier?
So, what makes glacier become the result of climate change? A glacier is actually in a form of ice pack. This glacier can change due to some natural shifts. Glacier is also known as a moving river that flows slowly. The ice can be hundreds or even thousands of meters down below. Commonly, glaciers can be found in mountain valleys. These glaciers will also form ice sheets. Researchers name this condition natural variability which happens because of El Nino. It is a form of shift climate that happens whenever the surface of water gets warmer, especially those that are in the central pacific ocean as well as in the eastern. This phenomenon is triggered by heavy rains, usually in the West Coast of U.S and South Africa. However, this is not the only factor that influence the shrinking of glacier.
Based on research that is conducted University of Washington, the ice that is found in the glacier has gradually been melted as well as accumulated. The melting of the ice also leads to the different form of ices.
Glaciers are one if the places on earth that keep more than 70% fresh water. The decreasing numbers of glaciers are being concerned by many people since it works as a supply of water in case the global warming gets worse.
